our community. Now, let’s talk. Welcome to the program, listeners. Tyler Field with you on WISR 680 a.m. 107.5 FM. This
is Let’s Talk, the half hour where we sit down and chat with various organizations, businesses, nonprofits,
and more in our area. And today on the show, we are welcoming Dr. Heather Sesenfan. She is the um owner of a total
healing or excuse me total healing solution as we get things started here on the let’s talk Dr. Heather as we’ll
refer to you. Thanks for taking the time. Welcome to the show. Thank you. Thank you for having me. So we’re going to get into the full thing and to learn
a little bit more about a total healing solution. But before we dive into that, as always, we like to remind our
listeners that hey, if you can’t stick around for the full half hour, we do have you covered. You can go online to
wisr.com, look under our programs page. There you’ll be able to find Let’s Talk. Also,
we’re available on Spotify as well. So, if you’re a Spotify listener after the show airs, you can go back and find us
there. You can find us on your desktop, your mobile app. You can also find us on your smart speaker as well as we dive
into a full list of things with a total healing solution. So, uh Dr. Heather, let’s just start with that. A total
healing solution. One, where are you guys at? And then two, uh what are you guys doing? Well, I’m great. I’m down in
the street in Valencia on Route 228, the last farm before you hit Route 8. So,
I’ve got the great blue roofs with a very, very tiny sign in front because of eminent domain. Okay. Very, very good.
But, uh, so, uh, the organization, the group, a total healing solution. I think people can kind of have a general idea
of what you’re going for here, but what’s the mission? What are you guys trying to get done? My mission is to treat, um, problem symptoms at its root
cause. Because just because your knee hurts doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s your knee that’s causing the pain. It can be the hip, it can be the ankle, it
can be the back. Pain is a symptom of something else. And in our culture now, we’ve really, you know, peacemeal the
body. So it’s like, okay, my hand hurts, I go to a hand person. My back hurts, I go here. But what if we went to somebody
who who treated the whole nervous system who treated you like an entire body and said, well, you know, your knee pain is
seems to be from your back and you seem to have like tight hip flexors, you have tight, you know, pelvis. And we really
go in and treat that. So, I treat the whole body and I also offer natural remedies. Being an herbalist, I try to
grow as much as I can. I use as as organic as I can and more times than not, you can pretty much eat everything
I make. So, for you personally, uh how did you get involved in this? What what
led you down the path to to have this uh a total healing solution? There’s a there’s two different ways I went down
this path. Number one, I was a physical therapist and I was working in schools and I was working in nursing homes and then COVID happened. M wasn’t going back
to either of those. And then um my dad was a compounding pharmacist. So I’ve actually been compounding medicines
since I was 10 years old and people don’t believe that, but yes, we used to go to work with our parents and we used
to learn things. So I would make shampoos, lotions, and all kinds of things. And my dad was a very old-time
pharmacist, so we used the natural remedies whenever possible. So I’ve been doing natural stuff pretty much forever.
And then um my husband got COVID and when he got COVID he lost 50% of his
hearing in his left ear. He also ended up with massive tonitis and he did the whole you know he went to the
traditional western route. They gave him steroids and ambient. Well anyone’s been on both of those. They’re not real fun
and they’re not very effective for like tonitis. So he comes down and I had come
back from Cleveland and I was studying to be a dry needling physical therapist because I feel that’s where my skills lie. I’ve spent over 30 years in a
dental office, so sharp, horny instruments are my thing. And um tactile
sensation, you can’t get anyone better than working beneath the gum line. So, um I’m there and I’m working with my
husband. I come back and he’s like, he was afraid at first, you know, of of needles because, you know, it’s like,
wait, you’re going to put this where? But you don’t realize that every needle you put in is anti-inflammatory. I can
change your nervous system right then and there with it. And if you break the pain cycle, you can, you know, the side
effect is sleep. So you can sleep better and allow your body to heal. So I go there, come back, get a specialty in
head and neck, learn about this other guy’s theory of doing dry needling where he addresses the vagus nerve every, you
know, session. He then goes down the spinal cord. We address all the impairments with the muscles, the
nervous system there. And then we go out and treat, you know, the tonitis and we go out and treat the sleep problems. we
go and treat um migraines, neck dysfunction, back dysfunction, everything else that comes as a result
of your nervous system being out of whack. So, I started doing these treatments on my husband and he’s like, “Yes, I’m finally feeling better.” He’s
like, “You’ve got to go to the next one.” So, then I go and I take all four sessions, all four classes, two different cities. So, total three
cities, eight classes. And now I have proof that we have all of his hearing
back in his left ear. And now he only gets tonitis when the storms come in. So
I consider that a massive success story. He considers it, well why am I not 100%.
Well, because viruses are weird. They linger. I mean, think about chickenpox and shingles. You know, you get
something, it hides in your joints and tendons, and it likes to pick a nerve root to come out. So, I think we need to
address the body as a whole. We need to address it in many different fashions. And I like to say, I work with people. I
compliment. I don’t compete. for dry needling the physical therapy as you mentioned. Um a lot of people may hear
that and go okay dry needle therapy. Okay, what are we all about here? So let’s talk a little bit more about that
exact process. Um what happens in a dry needling therapy session? Yeah, we call
it a dry needle because we’re not injecting anything into you. So that is why. So a wet needle would be like you
know you’re getting like pregnnazone, you’re getting you know an allergy shot. So there’s no substance into it and the
needles are very very small. Like I work with needles at 0.16 millimeter 2 millimeter thinner than a piece of hair.
I have majority of my clients don’t feel anything. If they do feel a tenderness, it’s typically because I hit a trigger
point or I hit the exact area that’s bothering them. And I go and I assess
the situation. Once again, we start with the nervous system. We start with sympathetic hyperactivity, the vagus nerve. We break that cycle and then I go
down and I address what’s your problem because you’re coming to see me. I’m cashbased and I’m here for you. So if
you come in and you’re like, I have tonitis, I have migraines, I’m going to go and I’m address I’m
going to address that first and then after I see how you’re healing and stuff like this, typically on the next session, sometimes your migraines are
brought on by shoulder pain, neck pain, back pain. So then I go down, you know, the spinal cord and I address everything
that could be causing your symptoms and based on how you respond and based how you come back and you say, “Hey, you
know, I slept really great. This is feeling so much better.” Maybe it goes to one side, maybe it goes down to your
shoulder. If it moves, that’s great. We can chase it away. For the um just and
again, this is me not knowing much about it. So is this different than acupuncture? What is the difference in
those two fields? if you want to explain that because that’s kind of the the vision I get when I hear that that phrase. Yes, acup it is different than
acupuncture. We use the same instruments differently. Okay. So, I am using acupuncture needles. They are all
sterile. I pitch them when they’re done. But acupuncturists move chi and they balanceqi. That is fantastic. I think
that’s great. However, I’m on a western um approach and philosophy. I I go by your nervous system. I go down and it’s
like is it your vagus nerve? Is it your femoral nerve? Every nerve in your body. Is it your carpal tunnel? Is it your
media nerve? And I address it based on that and they move and they base it on like the five elements. Both are
fabulous. This is what I do. Okay. Uh the vagus nerve, I’ve heard you refer to that a couple of times. Now, what’s the
vagus nerve and why is it important in the process that you do? So, the Vegas nerve is the key nerve in the body. It
is one of the cranial nerves, cranial nerve number 10. It it’s called the wanderer. Goes all the way down the body and it affects the most organs, the most
systems. But what it is is it can get stuck in what we call sympathetic hyperactivity. Sympathetic hyperactivity
is I can’t sleep. I feel like I’m always turned on. It’s fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. So all of those emotions and
when you’ve been through something as a society as we have in the last 5 years, all of our stress symptoms are all
elevated. And nine times out of 10, that’s why I’m seeing people. And that’s also pain. So if you have chronic pain,
you have sympathetic hyperactivity because your body needs to a break from that cycle to bring everything down so
we can bring the parasympathetics which are rest and digest. Talking with Dr. Heather says fan of uh to total healing
solution as you mentioned a lot of these you know neck pain back pain these for a
lot of folks seem to be maybe chronic issues things that they’ve been dealing with or things that maybe have accelerated uh over the course of time
in your process uh the the solution that you offer for a lot of folks how can you
work and maybe you’ve mentioned this too but how do you get to that diagnosis basically how can you go okay well this is what I’m seeing this the treatment
route that I’m going to go. So, that is what’s fantastic about physical therapy diagnosis. And I’m a direct access
physical therapist, so you do not need a prescription to come see me. And I have a lot of clients who get confused on this. They’re like, I I don’t know if I
have sh like shoulder tendinopathy. I don’t know if I have a ridiculopathy. You don’t need an ICD10 code. You have
pain, you have a PT diagnosis. You can’t lift your shoulder up, you have a PT diagnosis. You can’t sleep, you have a
PT diagnosis. That’s all I need. And first I like I said I address the body. I’m going to take the vagus nerve out.
So I’m going to try to give you at least a break of pain and I’m going to force those neurotransmitters out of the
synaptic cleft which means you know I’m going to get rid of the junk and bring in blood so we can provide healing
vitamins, nutrients and then we’re going to kind of stop. We’re going to assess how everything is. You’re going to come
back. You’re going to say, “Okay, this felt better. This stayed the same. This might have changed. We’re going to
address that again.” So, I’m going to address what is the most important to you and then I’m going to tell you what I think is the most important. Maybe
they’re the exact same, maybe they’re not. Do some processes take a little bit longer than others? The longer you’ve
had something, typically the longer it’s going to take to resolve. So, the sooner you come in, I have clients who get better with one or two sessions. I have
clients who are like, I have a lady right now and she has been having these back issues for 20, 30 years. She has
structural changes. That means, you know, her spine has changed. And can I fix the changes in the spine, like the
bone? No. Can I help with the muscles and the nervous system, so you’re at least painfree and you you’re not
putting any more extra stress on that? Absolutely. You said you uh also formulate some products as well. I know
you brought a couple in here for me, including pain balm, which I’m I’m sure for a lot of people is something that
would be of interest and of note to them. Um, so let’s just start with this because it’s a product that’s right in front of me, so we can talk about it.
Um, what do we got here and and you know, how do you use your background to come up with something along this line?
So, um, I’m also an herbalist and like I said, I’ve been compounding with my father andies for I did that for I don’t
know like six years. It was it’s fantastic. So, I use um sunflower oil
base cuz many people don’t know I have very sensitive skin and my skin seems to like that the best. I infuse pain balm
with arnica. So, we’re addressing the muscle aches. And I use organic menthol,
which really gives it a buzz. And I use a blend of essential oils, but it’s also stronger than pain. It’s stronger than
Tiger Balm. And Tiger Balm goes for like what is it like 12 to$15 for.3 ounce.
So, I sell 4 ounces for $35. And I have smaller like I the sample sizes for $5.
I get such positive results because number one, it doesn’t interact with any medicine. Two, it’s good for the skin.
the more you use it, the more you’re going to have pain relief because of the arnica and everything in there. Three,
if it if you don’t like it and you don’t work, you can stop. There’s no side effects. Like, so it’s a great natural product and it’s an alternative to
somebody who doesn’t want to take something with, you know, a laundry list of side effects. And this would just be something that I can apply if my elbow
was hurting me, I can just apply this on the elbow and then it will start to work. Yep. Anywhere. But like I don’t
recommend the eyeballs. Yeah. Well, that would be a good idea. Very understandable. Um a and so you take a
look at something like that. You also have a product in front of me called vanishing virus. Um what do we got here?
So since I spent over 30 years in the dental office, um we have a lot of people who when they would come into the
dental office that they would get cold source because it’s stressful having your mouth, you know, shoved apart. It’s
stressful having somebody work on you when you can’t see it. And these viruses come out. So I started selling a couple
of them in my uh my friend’s dental offices. They’ve had great success. and you just put it on and it’s a great way
to treat your child who might have um a cold sore too. It’s, you know, fantastic for shingles. I get people with all
kinds of interesting rashes. They all come try my products. Some people get relief in a couple hours. Some people
it’s the next day, but my products are safe for kids. So, that’s the other thing. Technically, you could eat
everything in there. Okay, sounds good. I may not try that, but it is technically technically safe. But I
don’t think you should put anything on your body that you can’t eat. Yeah, absolutely. Uh again, Dr. Heather uh here with us a total healing solution.
You’ve been talking about stress a lot. Yes. That seems to be a a recurring theme for you. So what do we know about
stress and its impact on the body? Stress is detrimental to the body. It takes um away from our healing
capabilities. It destroys our immune system. It destroys our sleep. It makes us irritable. It makes just everything
we have worse. So say you’re going, you know, and you broke an arm. your harm’s
going to take longer if you’re under stress. Everything will take longer to heal. It delays the healing factors and
everyone tells you, “Oh, just take a stress-free day. Just listen to five minutes of meditation.” Well, stress can
become chronic so much that you get like adrenal fatigue and then you can have structural chemical changes to your body
that if you do not address, it can shorten lifespan. How does that get corrected then?
Because it does seem like such a par, you know, there are so many other factors as you mentioned. It could be your job. It could be family. It could
be societal pressures. It just feels like it’s always something that’s pervasive. So, how as you take a look at
stress and maybe going back to to the dry needling and things like that, how can we get a handle on it or how can we
try to look at it and be better at handling stress? Well, stress inherently isn’t bad. Like, we need certain
stresses throughout the day and that, you know, gives us, you know, mental clarity, gives us a little bit of adrenaline. It’s when it’s too much for
your body. I think it’s individualized for everybody, but I always like to start with the Vegas nerve because if we
can turn that off, we can elevate, you know, parasympathetics, get rest and digest. And if we can get people
sleeping and having good quality sleep, like I don’t care if it’s 5, 6 hours, however many hours you need, you need
the good quality sleep so your body can heal. And can you eliminate it? No. Can
you manage it? Yes. And that’s what we need to work on. Something that’ll work for you. A lot of times it’s just taking
care of the pain because once you take care of pain, your body can heal and it makes everything else so much easier.
You also keep talking about sleep as well, the idea of rest and I think we’ve just learned over time how important
sleep is for us. So for those of us who may not be getting enough sleep or feel
like we’re not getting enough sleep, what’s the detriment that’s doing to our bodies? That’s everything. First off,
what is it? you if you commit a crime with three days of staying awake, you know, it’s declared insanity. So,
obviously, there’s something to that. But my point is, I mean, I can bring it back to my husband. Um, he had tonitis
and he wasn’t sleeping. It was horrible. Like, he was he was snapping at everybody at work. He was snapping at
everybody at home. Nothing was good enough. And I think you get to that point where you’re so stressed that
nothing is good enough. And what was okay before is now not enough. So, you’re going to have to just stop,
re-evaluate things, and reeval reevaluate your sleep. Am I going to tell you to get like this, you know,
expensive mattress, a pillow? No. Am I going to tell you some exercises to help control the vagus nerve? And are we
going to help practice that? And one of the side effects of dry needling is improved sleep. For the exercise portion
of our life, just talking about being a healthier individual overall, and sometimes it goes hand in hand. I’m sure
for a lot of people it’s like, well, they would benefit from exercise, but they’re in too much pain and they can’t really get that motivation to do it. How
do those things balance out and what do we know about just being an active person and how much that can benefit our
overall health? Use it or lose it. So, you’ve got to use it. And I recommend things based on my clientele. I’m not
going to recommend like, you know, what is it 10 exercises, you know, three repetitions. That doesn’t work for
everybody. But what does work is when you’re I have so like this older client I have right now I recommended water
aerobics take gravity out of the situation because then we eliminate a lot of pain and then for older clientele
just breathing underwater is an exercise so we can condition our heart and everything like that and then if I have
somebody with neck pain but it’s jobreated I know that they don’t want to spend all this time so I recommend um I
like to do yoga by bird I like fit um by mick and they will do five 10 minute sessions you can pick like with the yoga
um whether Whether it’s your low back, your shoulders, just relaxation. And Fit by Mick does short um exercises with
weights. And you can pick 10 minutes, you can pick 15 minutes, you can pick 20 minutes, you can pick total body for 20
minutes. You’ve got to find something that you’re going to do, you’re going to like, you’re not going to hurt yourself. And of course, I’d prefer you outside,
but sometimes, you know, this is what I always say. I’m like, see if you can do 10 minutes like when you’re having a stressful moment at work. So, you just
got paid to work out. Like think about it. Yeah, absolutely. Again, we’re here with Dr. Heather, a
total healing solution as well. I know we talked about a couple uh of the products that you have here. What are
some of the other uh products that you might have or herbal remedies uh that are that are available? Well, right now
I have some tallow. So, this is a limited time I do the tallow and I infuse that with frankincense. I’ve got
some great stuff. And then some of it’s infused with magnesium because magnesium is fantastic. We all need it. Pretty
much all of us are deficient. The best way to absorb it is transdermally which is means through your skin. So I make no
junk magnesium lotion. I have some based on cocoa butter, some based on shea butter and then I also make uh sleepy
time. I made it for my son cuz he chooses not to sleep and it’s affects all of us. And then I also made some for
hormonal balances. I made some for um libido. I’ve made some for um I have
noic because you know what I don’t think we all need to take a prescription. Sometimes we just need something to help
stabilize our blood sugar and just help support our appetite. So all the herbs work with you. They don’t work against
you. You can take them however you want. I have some videos on my website and I have videos on my YouTube channel. So if
you forget how to take something. Now remember all my tinctures are alcohol- based because that gets the most potent.
It’s called extraction. And so if you’re an alcoholic, do not try it. And but if
you uh you’re concerned about your child, you can put it in warm tea and it can evaporate. It’s a very low amount
and but it also preserves it for up to 10 years. I make tons of pain medicine. I make pain begone. I make arnica
infused lotions. I have magnesium with arnica infused because people are chasing a pain remedy. So I blended
three of the most powerful herbs for um pain remedy. So one is for willow bark which is the aspirin derivative. One is
wild lettuce which is the opioid derivative and one is horsetail which is a silica which helps the joint and
cushion the joints. So when you combine those you can take less. It is non-habit forming, non-addictive. You can take as
little or as much as you need to. And I kind of um you know make it sound like
you take it and then you forget you have pain. So I like if I get like m I used to get migraines really bad. Now I only
get them when the weather changes. But sometimes I’ll wake up and I’m like, “Oh, my head just aches.” So I’ll take a little bit and it’s like you just forget
you had it. You’re like, “Huh?” And then some days it might be a little more. So you can take a little more in 45 minutes
and then it’s kind of like you just forget you had that. Sounds like you got a wealth of products. Uh whenever you
get a patient that comes in, what are what are some I don’t know if there’s a typical story you hear, but if there is
a recurring one, is there a certain type of patient that seems to walk through your doors often? How does how does that
look for you? Well, the last couple months I have been having um neur a lot of neurological issues. I’ve had a lot
of women with random neurological signs from the neck up. They’ll have facial swelling. They’ll have facial muscle
paralysis. They will have um just swelling and then they’ll have ticks.
So, I have noticed that. I do not know what’s going on with the cold flu virus season right now, but for women, it’s
settling in their face. They’re getting pain. They’re unable to move certain things. They’re getting like a little
bit of tonitis. And I’m getting fantastic success with that. I had a woman who who cried to me on the phone.
She came in, we did needles in, you know, some in a pattern we agreed upon. She got out and she cried. She goes, “I
can talk.” Now for men, this is different. Men, I’m getting similar things. Like they’re like, “Yeah, I had
this cold and now um my feet ache. Now my feet burn. Now my my feet are weird.”
So for women, it seems to be above the neck. For men, it seems to be below the the knees. But I’m getting fantastic
results and I haven’t had anyone come in and say I’m I’m not getting better. So for you and then you know just a typical
conversation that that you have. It seems like you really try to get to understand who the patient is and what
their problems are then to try to come up with a a correct solution for them. Yeah. I’m not AI. I don’t have a traditional plan of care. I don’t have a
formulation based because you’re you know you’re 25, you come in, you hurt your knee or Achilles. No, you are an
individual person with unique conditions, with unique situations, with a prior medical history or accident
history that has changed the way you walk, move, and everything else. And like I said, I address your primary
complaint. And then that is how we do this cuz PT is about you. It is about getting you functional. And if your goal
is to walk five miles, that’s my goal. If your goal is to sleep without getting up and going to the bathroom, that’s my
goal. So my goals are your goals. and you are a person and I will change the plan even like from visit to visit based
on how your symptoms are resolving or changing. For someone that may be going to physical therapy or seeing a
chiropractor, how does a total healing solution fit into that scheme? Yes, I
work well um I I say I compliment. I do not compete. So with a PT um a lot of
PTs are not dry needling certified or anything like that. so they can send them to me. And typically I do just a
couple treatments. So you come to my office, you’re not going to get those exercise programs. You’re not going to get 3* 10. You’re not going to sit on
weights. That is not one of my visits. I can give you referrals for exercise programs and I can send you one if you
want one, but we’re not doing that in the office. So um physical therapists work till we get what’s called a plateau
and that means you haven’t made progress in two weeks. In insurance companies, that’s what they’re sticklers on. But
it’s a shame because a lot of times people just need that extra third or fourth week, fourth week to really get
stronger and to work through that plateau. But um that’s one of my issues with insurance companies. They’re not
allowing people to be the best that they could be. So if you notice your client is getting to this plateau and you
haven’t done anything, send them to me and in one or two sessions, I can work with the nervous system. I can work with
maybe what you haven’t been able to reach. I mean, I can get that muscle like 5 in down and then I can send them
back to you and then your treatment plan is going to work better because we got rid of, you know, what’s really holding them up. For, as you mentioned,
insurance, how does that work? Uh, with the total state of Pennsylvania does not cover dry needling under insurance. So,
I do not accept it. So, my prices are $135 a session, whether it’s your first, sixth, whatever. I do offer a couple
packages and uh stuff like that. I try to be as affordable as I can, but you
know, everybody has bills. Absolutely. And uh very um transparency, which I
know matters for a lot of folks. And you know, um for a total healing solution, I think um the way that you’ve laid things
out here, obviously let people know what’s going on. And that seems to be a big thing to you is trying to be transparent with this process and try to
let people know what’s happening. I’ve been on both sides of the ball in just about every PT situation. And when I
worked in dentistry, insurance wasn’t that big of an issue. Hardly anybody had it. And if you paid, you know, a certain
thing, you could get a cashbased discount. And most dentists don’t accept insurance. And I keep trying to tell
people, insurance isn’t out for your greatest good. Insurance is out to get the what they call deals or they have
like bulk pricing. So if you go to like Quest, you know, they they get a deal that they’re going to charge everybody
$8, you know, to test your feritin levels or something like that. It’s it’s for them, not for you. So, if somebody
does find themselves, let’s say with neck pain and it’s been bothering them for a while, what are the steps that
they need to do in order uh to get into your office? Uh, you can call me, you can text me, and I have like a
conversation thing on my website, www.totalhealingssolution.com. I also have if you have questions, I
have a Facebook page, which is also a totalhealing. And you can I answer all the questions.
You can ask me questions beforehand. We can, you know, talk on the phone. You know, if you have a free consultation, I can do that. You can stop in the office.
so you can see what I’m about. So, uh, in addition to all of those, I
know you talked about, um, some social media, YouTube pages. People can actually view some of the stuff there. Yes. And I definitely I have a website,
I have Instagram, I do have Facebook and I’m also, you know, looking for collaboration and every in events. So
the other thing that I offer is I work do with work with some chiropractors and we offer some interesting events where
last time we focused on your breast health or we will focus on different kinds of pain and I will bring all my
stuff with me and I will do abbreviated sessions there. They’re under 30 minutes. You come in, you’re like, “My hand hurts. I have a little bit of TMJ,
migraines.” And I address something simple. That way you can see if it works for you. You can see if it helped. A lot
of people are like, “Hey, that really helped. You know, I want to come in and do a more personalized session.” And then some people are like, “Hey, that took care of the problem.” So, I mean,
I’m very easy to work with and to compliment other things. I can go into um I’ve been a traveling physical
therapist for 14 years, so I can work within companies. I can go to your house if you are you can’t climb up steps or
anything and you can’t come see me. Obviously, it’s a much higher price, but that can be done. I can work with your
physician, with your oral surgeon, and you know, I can have like a morning where I treat people before they get their dental work so I can improve range
of motion in their mouth. So they don’t, you know, they’re not as tired or as achy after the dental treatment. And a
lot of times, you know, the dentist can’t go below the neck. And what people don’t tell you is TMJ is actually starts
in the pelvis. So if you don’t treat the pelvis, how are you really going to treat TMJ? I mean, you can put a
band-aid on it, but I mean, I think as a society, we’re getting really tired of band-aids. For those who would tell you,
“This sounds great, but I’m a little skeptical.” Well, what do you tell people who come into your office and go, “Well, I’m not entirely sure this is
right for me or if this is going to work for me.” Well, you can try it. It’s not a huge investment. Uh, you can ask
somebody who has also tried. I have testimonials and or you can look up the literature. I mean, what is it something
ridiculous like 10,000 articles on how dry needling and acupuncture help everybody. And so this is so powerful
that I was talking to a colleague who works um with Notream and they have the PTS come in before the knee replacements
and the hip replacements and do dry needling on the muscles and the bones and everything else because it is so
therapeutic and it offers such a better healing response. So I work with surgeons too. I can make your work look
fantastic. Scars are um they’re trauma and if you don’t release the trauma, I
mean emotions get stored in scars. Um, I have a picture right here of this lady and the edema gets trapped in scars.
Like, so, do you need to have those really big ankles after you get your bilateral knee replacements? No. It’s
because the scar is stuck to the bone underneath. It’s stuck to the hardware and you need to treat that. Like, a scar
is pathology. And so, I offer treatment for that. And people are very happy with the scars. Um, they they don’t realize
how how their feet were cold, how they weren’t walking well. anywhere, shoulders, you get more range of motion,
better blood flow. This obviously a passion of yours. It is. Um and and so
as you do this and work with patients and work with folks, um why is this a
passion of yours? Why is this something that that drives you? Because I have been so misdiagnosed by Western medicine. It’s to the point where I will
do anything but go there. I work with people. Because I have certain people I believe with, but I believe that we’ve
been chasing our tails for so long. For those who want to learn more, uh,
