Managing Expectations is a must.  These services are very helpful for increasing blood flow to the pelvic region, improving muscle imbalances, and normalizing the nervous system.  However, you will not get the most successful result, if you have uncontrolled diabetes.  It is best to get these services when your diabetes is controlled.

A Total Healing Solution offers mental health services, including treatment of the Vegas nerve for over excited sympathetic nervous system and to encourage the body to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.  Along with these modalities herbal solutions can be provided for anxiety, increased nervousness, and problems sleeping.  Dry needles are very effect for this treatment, however for these conditions, ear seeds can be use and worn for a week to assist with these problems.

Dry Needling uses a very small acupuncture needle to treat various neuro muscular conditions, along with scar therapy.  A needle thinner than a strand of hair is inserted into the skin to assist with the body's ability to reset the nervous system, release muscular contractures, and to assist with pain relief.

The sterile single-use needles most of the time you won't even feel them entering the skin.  If there is a slight sensation, it quickly resolves after a couple seconds after the needle is in place.

The longer that the needle is in place. the greater the relief you can experience.  Most of the time 5 minutes to 30 minutes is enough to have the  brain respond to the needle.
