Do you notice that you have a hard time falling asleep? Or staying asleep? What about when you seem to always wake up at the same time, like say around 3:00 am. Or did you just start noticing that you sleeping habits are starting to change. You don't feel as well rested. You don't seem to wake up not on "the right side of the bed."
There are herbs that can help support you through these sleeping changes. There are herbs that can calm your mind, and body and ease you through these transitions, and hormonal changes.
But where do you start? Have you walked down the supplement aisle in stores and then become overwhelmed because there are so many choices? Have you purchased a few herbs and wondered if they were the "right" herb for you? OR have you tried almost every herb, and you have given up hope of finding a natural solution to your symptoms? Or do you feel you need guidance to help you chose the best herb for you, but you don't know where to start?
Look no further! There is an eight-week program that is going to address all of the hormonal changes brought on by the transition from pre-menopause to post menopause. This transition for your body takes YEARS! Who wants to suffer for YEARS without some relief?
What are all these unwelcome changes happening within my body? First you can't get to sleep, or you wake up in the middle of the night--- but now you wake up in the middle of the night soaked in your own sweat! You wore light pajamas, you turned the heat down in the room, you might have had the window open, and now you have to get up in the middle of the night and change the sheets! When are you just going to be able to sleep through the night in peace!!??
But the only thing that can be done, is to go on hormone replacement, right? But wait. what are the side effects to that? There has to be something else that can be done for this horrible experience. Right?
Yes! I have an herb for that! There are ways that you can support your body without the side effects of cancer or deadly blood clots.
A lot of these symptoms are exacerbated by stress. Not only the stress of work, family, and life; the stress inside your body. Your body is in a transition. There are needles that can be applied to your body to target the Vegas Nerve, and other nerve groups that will help the body reduce stress naturally.
What is going on, you used to be so calm and collected. Or you at least could hold your emotions together until you were in a safe space. Now it seems like you are no longer in control of your feelings. Or you notice that there is some kind of sharpness to you. You leave situations thinking; "Why did I say that?" "I wasn't really that mad..." "Where did that come from?"
You used to be able to roll with whatever came your way, now you can't even think straight!
You might be thinking, my only option are antidepressants, right? But you heard about all the side effects that go along with those, increased rate of suicide, decreased libido, and the weight gain? Isn't there anything else that can be done? Yes! There are herbs for that! There are herbs that can be blended to suit your unique situation and symptoms. With the guidance and knowledge that are presented in this program, you can try different blends of herbs, until you find a formula to support your body.

Have you kept up the same diet, but now you are noticing that you are slowly putting on weight along your midsection? Are you frustrated because you are first in line to the HITT class, or you always lift weights and can't understand these changes that are going on in your body?
Have you secretly been thinking about taking Ozemic or another weight loss medication because now they are giving it to pretty much everyone who wants to look thin? Don't forget that those medications are new and there are a lot of side effects that can occur with them.
Don't worry there are other ways to address this issue. There are herbs that can be given to support your appetite, buy helping to control cravings. There are ear seeds that can be applied to locations that support weight, and cravings. There are Vegas Nerve therapies that can be tried to reduce the internal stress that you are going through. Which will put you in a better frame of mind to help support your weight loss journey.
Most importantly, this program is creating a community that can offer you support outside of the in-person classes. There is the ability to help shape this program, and if you would like to include group yoga or other activities, we can help arrange that.
Please let me know if there are symptoms that you would like me to address. Is there something that is really bothering you and maybe you would like me to have extra classes on the topic. If there is enough interest, I am more than willing to offer more group classes.
Let’s face it scars are not only tell a story about us, but they have some side effects that you might not even be aware of. Scars are the visible reminder of a trauma. Whether that trauma is planned or an accident; they can be a constant reminder of loss, anger, hurt, pain, unfortunate circumstances, or even pride. Sometimes scars are larger than their boarders, discolored, hard, tight, they can even limit your movement. Scars can cause referred pain that you never even thought about. As an example, mastectomy scar can be referring pain to your neck, back, shoulder, or stomach, or even your knees. The body is encased in a sheet of fascia, a scar can cause an adhesion which not only affects the look of the scar, but the underlying tissues as well. When one part of the facia can’t move in pulls on all of the other connecting areas, which can limit motion and cause pain.
Dry needling can help but not only making the scar more visibly appealing, but it can help the underlying tissues as well. The techniques that I use release the tissue that has adhered to the tissues below, increase the range of motion of the scar and surrounding areas. When the scars are released, there is less pain, and more of a total body healing that can be felt.
